Learn about the ins and out of fermentation with Brittany Maddocks, a natural food chef and fermentation expert. She will be guiding us through the process of making a variety of fermented foods.
Each participant will create and take home a custom pickled vegetable variety and a beet kvass. Brittany will guide a kombucha making process and provide a scoobie for participants to take home. We will end the afternoon with kombucha cocktails.
